He is one of Guangbo over 6000 ordinary workers. Getting to know him for work, we only had contacts. Really begin to pay close attention to him was on September 19, this year. At the summary meeting of the implementation of the lean management, because the project called “simplify the PET folder in the manufacturing process” was awarded “the lean proposal and project excellence award” by the company. According to introducing, before the improvement of this project, producing PET folder has 5 working procedures, that is, color paper roll cutting, color printing embossing, color paper and PET secondary indentation, PET with color paper used adhesive bonding machine dehydration. After improvement, added an embossing roller on the printer, color paper and PET both booked into a drum, form on the machine at one time, which saved the intermediate 5 working procedure. The process optimization made PET files improve the production efficiency by 40% to 50%. Meanwhile, it also further improved the efficiency of the use of flexo machine.
As the technical backbone of no.4 sub plant, process optimization and technical transformation has been into his body and blood, and become an important part of his life and work. Besides the project “simplify the PET folder in the manufacturing process”, he also successfully implemented several high technical innovation projects, such as bottom roller bearing modification, automatic ink system and the electric garbage cleaning system. What he did has eliminated waste to the company and made a great contribution to create benefits. Therefore, in March, 2014, he was awarded “top ten technical experts” by Shiqi street.
When being asked how he can achieve so many project improvement at work, his answer was also very simple. That was, being focus and love,carry them out with ideas. He said, no matter in what position, what kind of work, regardless of the treatment of high or low, only let him can learn the technology, he will stay there, work peacefully, consult modestly and observe carefully.
After graduation from high school, Jiang Yanhe had his first job at a printing factory in Guangdong province.Since then, he fell in love with the printing industry and gradually had strong interest on the printing machine. In order to learn printing technology, he started from the handyman apprenticeship in that factory, observing and learning while working. Because of his enquiry, deep thinking and diligent, after two years, he quickly became the captain from an apprentice. However, because the factory’s scale was small, it can't provide more learning opportunities for him. In order to find a broader platform for learning and progress, therefore, he entered into Guangbo in 2007. When entering the company, he also stared work as a handyman of flexo group. After 3 months, he became a regular worker, and then became the deputy. Two years later, he became the real captain of paper product no.4 factory.
After being the captain, he has more time and opportunity to be familiar with every structure, every single part of the machine. After being completely familiar with the machine, he felt that the machine was full of feelings. He said, machine was like a talking friend. From its voice, vibration frequency and the quality of the product can determine what parts of the machine need to repair and maintain. Where he once repaired , the time comes, he can feel the parts need to be overhauled. And this kind of judgment was almost all right.
When he did with ease in the control of the machine function, he had all sorts of new ideas in the operation of the machine. For example, under the condition of normal operation, the bottom roller bearings of flexo printing machine will be broken every 15 to 20 days. And then we need to shutdown and remove the bottom rollers for others to repair. In addition to pay maintenance cost, but also need to pay the cost of wasted time due to shutdown. Then, a bold vision, how to prolong the service life of the bottom roller bearing of flexo printing machine, has jumped out in his mind. As his said during the interview, find ways to implement the ideas. Then "bottom roller bearing modification” project was born. After the success of the project implementation, the maintenance frequency of flexo machine bottom roller bearing has raised from every 15 to 20 days to every 2 to 3 months, which has effectively improved the working efficiency and saved the cost of production. Automatic ink system, electric garbage cleaning system and simplify the PET folder in the manufacturing process these projects were born just because of his bold ideas and practice.
When asked about his plan in the future, he said, now he wants to achieve the transformation of adagio printing machine, and further reduce the maintenance frequency of the machine.
