Recently, Guangbo Group Stock Company held the second lean management stage experience exchange meeting at the lecture hall of the executive office building. The company top leaders, the lean management team members, relevant departments and units directors and proposalrepresentatives, about 150 people attended this meeting. The meeting was hosted by CEO Shu Yaoping. Wang Junping, general manager of the company, attended the meeting and gave the important speech.

At the meeting, 11 representatives from the company production system, industrial company, import and export company, and administrative system, respectively from different angles, around the core of cost-saving and profit-increasing, improving the production efficiency, in the form of PPT vividly introduced their successful practices and experience in site management, cost control and efficiency improvement, in the means of implementing the lean management, optimizing the system process and control method of innovation, and make clear the department’s lean improvement goals of next stage.

Production, industrial group, the ministry of foreign trade, administration department directors respectively made comments on lean management achievement of this module. Director-general of this lean implementation activity gave the training. Meanwhile, company also awarded the outstanding teams and individuals who gained the excellent achievement in the lean improvement activities from September to October, and awarded the prizes. Boutique book workshop these three departments won “excellent team”. Stock technology department these three units won “good team”. Meanwhile, two people won “ personal excellence award”. 33 people won “personal good award”. 81 people won “improve project award”.

General manager Wang Junping summarized at the meeting. He thought, among various departments and units in the company, the atmosphere of lean leading and continuous improvement has been initially formed. It mainly reflected that firstly, the enthusiasm of participation has been initially activated. More projects are commended. From the number of awarded individuals and teams, we can notice that the winning proposals and projects in addition to the "personal excellence award", other awards have a larger increase than the first sum-up meeting.

Secondly, participation becomes wider. In addition to the production system and regular department such as production logistics department, sales department, under the influence of the lean management atmosphere, administrative system also actively participated in the lean management activity in its own way. This illustrates the company personnel participation in the lean improvement atmosphere has been initially formed, which provides a useful reference for the company to comprehensively implement the lean management in the next step. What’s more, management gradually turns to be standardized and scientific. This recognition has a strange phenomenon. The bonus for "outstanding individual" has raised, but the number has decreased from 5 to 2. But this doesn’t mean the company's incentive strength is declining, but the award review is more formal and strict. The purpose is to award the selected project with real value and technical content. Strict restriction of award and raising bonus amount has certified that Guangbo’s lean management is gradually moving towards standardization and scientification. 

Finally, he pointed out, in the next stage the company will fully implement the lean management as gripper to promote the management of ascension. Guide vast employees combined the actual position to find problems, find solutions and propose measures actively. Should timely cash material rewards, share the spirit of honor.
