In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the sixth plenary session of the 19th CPC central committee and deeply understand the resolution of the CPC central committee on the major achievements and historical experience of the party's Centennial struggle, Guangbo Group held a learning meeting on the spirit of the sixth plenary session of the 19th CPC central committee on the morning of November 24, and more than 100 party members from different departments participated in the learning activity. Then, deputy secretary Shu Yueping made a speech in simple terms from three aspects: what is the "historical resolution", why chose such a time point for deliberation and adoption, and how to realize the importance of the third historical resolution from practical work. He said that all departments must carefully organize and quickly create an atmosphere for learning and implementing the spirit of the plenary session. Go all out to do all the work before the end of the year, sprint for the fourth quarter and win the goal of the whole year.
